We are looking for a proactive Production Supervisor who will manage all aspects of the production/refurbishment process including materials planning, operators training and equipment setup.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR FOCUS?

- Take ownership of production line setup planning and implementation with thorough consideration of capacity, quality, efficiency and cost.

- Project Manage operations tasks such as setting up manufacturing and/or refurbishment processes at nominated Contract Manufacturer and/or third party logistics (3PL).

- Conduct capacity planning, present reports to request resource allocations to meet demand.

- Monitor production statistics, analyse data to ensure efficiency and quality.

- Monitor, control and optimise resource usage to guarantee customer delivery commitment.





- Respond to production issues promptly identify solutions working with cross functional team ensuring minimal production downtime and avoiding repeat issues.

- Optimize production processes for higher yield, efficiency and lower costs.

- Draft and review production quality control plans.

- Review product Bill of Materials (BOMs) in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.

- Own production change control process to ensure detailed traceability of every change.

- Generate relevant Production reports as required by internal or external stakeholders.

- Drive continuous improvement activities to ensure high customer satisfaction.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING IN FOR YOU?

- Tertiary qualification, preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related technical discipline

- Demonstrated experience supervising or leading production line activities within a manufacturing environment.

- Experience working in an electronics product manufacturing environment, with a sound understanding of product design, development, manufacturing and quality processes.

- Strong technical communication and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams to debug, troubleshoot,



investigate and resolve product and manufacturing issues using structured methodologies such as 8D and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

- Good working knowledge of Quality Assurance processes, 5S, Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), and statistical sampling methodologies across Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC).

- Strong documentation and reporting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Automate.

- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to production quality.

- Ability to work independently and exercise sound technical judgement.

- A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge existing processes where improvements can be made.

- Six Sigma qualification and/or demonstrated experience applying Six Sigma methodologies within a manufacturing or quality environment would be highly regarded.
