The Role

We're looking for an Office Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our Kent Town office. Someone who thrives on variety, loves creating great workplace experiences across our sites, and takes genuine pride in the details.

What you'll do:

- Own the day-to-day running of Kent Town office (suppliers, catering, facilities)

- Ensure the office is organised, welcoming and operating efficiently

- Provide hands-on support to our Directors and executive team, including travel and logistics

- Support ad hoc projects and initiatives across the business

- Plan and deliver office events, from milestone celebrations to leadership retreats and the annual Christmas party

- Partner with our Brand & Culture team to build a connected, high-energy workplace

- Help create a positive, connected and high-energy workplace environment

What you'll bring:





- Experience in office coordination, operations or a similar role

- Exceptional organisational skills and a genuine multitasker's mindset

- Strong communication and relationship-building ability

- A self-starter who works autonomously and takes initiative

- Sharp attention to detail and solid problem-solving instincts

- The ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle competing priorities

- Confident Microsoft Office skills

- Current driver's licence

Nice to have:

- Experience coordinating corporate or private events

- A background in hospitality, venues or tourism

- Exposure to fast-paced or entrepreneurial businesses

- Social media or event promotion experience

- Travel coordination and supplier management experience
