The Role:
Working as the Showroom Manager / Designer you will manage all aspects of the Showroom in this varied role. Your excellent customer service, sales and design skills will be essential as you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide advice and solutions, prepare designs and quotes, follow up enquiries and coordinate orders through to completion.
**This is a full-time role, 5 days with Saturday a must**
The Duties:
- Consulting with customers regarding their kitchen or laundry renovations
- Providing advice on layouts, cabinetry, benchtops, finishes and products
- Creating 3D designs using Winner software
- Preparing quotes and following up customers to convert enquiries into sales
- Managing all production paperwork and delivery requirements
- Maintaining customer information and sales activity within the CRM
- Updating customers throughout the process
- Maintaining the showroom presentation
- Ensuring sales targets are achieved
The Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will ideally possess:
- Previous experience in a similar role ideally within kitchen design
- Robust sales and customer service skills
- Experience using Winner, Winner Flex or similar CAD/design software would be highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills, coupled with strong organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail, a proactive manner and strong problem-solving skills
