About the role
Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for a Commercial Vehicle Mechanic to join a small team working across workshop servicing, repairs and onsite trailer maintenance.
Duties
- Carry out servicing, repairs and mechanical maintenance on commercial vehicles and trailers
- Perform trailer servicing, including greasing and general maintenance
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues across a range of vehicles
- Attend minor truck breakdowns and complete onsite repairs
- Work across both workshop and onsite environments as part of a 50/50 role
Skills and experience
- Qualified Mechanic with commercial vehicle or heavy vehicle experience
- Strong servicing and mechanical repair skills
- Diagnostic experience is highly regarded
- Trailer servicing and repair experience is advantageous
- Car mechanics with suitable mechanical skills will also be considered
