Pay Rate: Up to $30.27 per hour (Plus Saturday penalty rates)

In this role, you will work alongside the owner during peak windows and run the floor independently during others, supervising up to two junior staff members. This position is ideal for a university student with hospitality experience or an established qualified seeking a secure second income.

Key Responsibilities:
- Running smooth afternoon and evening shifts.
- Making dough and prepping food before the store opens.

- Managing open or close down procedures efficiently.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven Reliability: Absolute punctuality and commitment to the rostered hours.
- Leadership Capability: Ideally aged 18+ with prior experience leading a small team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Communication: A confident communicator who can keep a team motivated during a rush.
