Patient Services Coordinator

Are you a natural on the phone who loves helping people and gets satisfaction from a fully booked diary? We're launching a brand-new, centralised Patient Services team to support our growing group of dental and day surgery practices across Adelaide, Mount Barker and Whyalla — and we're looking for our founding team members.

About the role

As a Patient Services Coordinator, you'll be the friendly voice patients hear when they call any of our practices. You'll book and manage appointments, follow up on treatment plans that haven't made it into the diary yet, help patients sort out outstanding accounts, and work closely with our clinical teams to keep every clinician's schedule running at its best. No two days are the same - one minute you're booking a check-up, the next you're helping a nervous patient feel at ease.

What you'll be doing

- Answering calls and booking appointments across multiple practices





- Following up on treatment plans and outstanding accounts to help patients move forward with their care

- Keeping clinicians' diaries full and running efficiently

- Reaching out for recalls, reminders and reactivations

- Being part of a genuinely supportive, close-knit team

What we're looking for

- Call centre, contact centre or reception experience (dental or medical background a bonus, not essential)

- A warm, confident phone manner

- Comfortable juggling a few things at once without losing your cool

- Someone who takes pride in doing a good job and genuinely enjoys helping people
