Nestled away along the Gold Coast Highway, Etsu Izakaya is a hidden gem well known for our vibrant atmosphere, exceptional service and contemporary Japanese cuisine.

As a busy, fast-paced restaurant, we pride ourselves on delivering an unforgettable dining experience to every guest who walks through our door.

We are seeking dynamic and experienced wait staff or supervisors to join our team!

Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or bar. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn everything there is to know about japanese food, sake, wine and deliver outstanding service.
