We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Customer Service Manager to lead our Regional WA operations and play a key role in driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

About the Role

Reporting to the State Manager WA, you will have overall responsibility for managing service delivery across multiple sites and contracts throughout Regional Western Australia. You'll lead high-performing teams, build strong client partnerships, oversee financial performance, and identify opportunities to grow our business while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support Site Managers and operational teams across Regional WA.

- Ensure contracts are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with client expectations and KPIs.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive account management.

- Drive operational performance, innovation,



and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Manage budgets, profitability, and financial performance across multiple contracts.

- Support business development opportunities, tenders, and client retention strategies.

- Coach, mentor, and develop teams to achieve business objectives and growth opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.

About You

You are a confident leader with a passion for customer service, operational excellence, and building high-performing teams. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to balance commercial outcomes with exceptional service delivery.

Ideally, you will have:

- Previous experience in a similar senior operations or customer management role.

- Experience managing large teams across multiple locations.

- Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills.

- Tertiary qualification in Business, Management, Operations, Facilities Management, or a related discipline (desirable).

- Demonstrated senior leadership experience managing large-scale, multi-site operations across a diverse portfolio.

- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L; accountability, financial performance, and contract profitability.

- Proven financial acumen, including budgeting and contract performance management.

- Experience within facilities management, cleaning, support services, or a related service industry.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- A proactive approach with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive positive change.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll make a real impact, influencing both operational outcomes and the future success of the region.

Regular travel across client sites is required to maintain a strong operational presence, build client relationships,



and support regional teams in achieving exceptional service outcomes.
