As the business continues to strengthen its commercial capability, there is an opportunity for an experienced Fleet Sales Manager to take ownership of regional growth, develop new customer segments and build a stronger pipeline of long-term fleet business.

Key Responsibilities

- Take commercial ownership of an assigned territory, developing a clear growth plan to increase fleet penetration and generate sustainable sales opportunities.
- Build new revenue streams by identifying organisations, industries and customer groups where the business has further potential to grow its fleet presence.
- Create and execute targeted acquisition strategies for prospective customers, from initial market mapping and engagement through to commercial negotiation and conversion.
- Develop selected strategic accounts beyond transactional vehicle supply, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and increase long-term customer value.




- Shape commercially compelling fleet propositions by understanding customer operating requirements, purchasing drivers and decision-making processes.
- Act as the commercial link between customers and the wider business, coordinating the right internal resources to progress complex opportunities and remove barriers to conversion.
- Maintain a strong understanding of territory dynamics, customer buying behaviour and competitive movements, using this intelligence to identify where future growth will come from.
- Operate with clear commercial discipline, maintaining visibility over opportunity quality, sales momentum and progress against agreed business objectives.
