About the role

As a Production Baker / Packer, you will be part of a dedicated team that brings our unique recipes to life. This hands-on role involves producing high-quality, small-batch products with a focus on consistency and flavour. We're looking for someone with a love for baking and a keen eye for detail, who can uphold our high standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and bake a variety of products including cookies, muesli, and chocolates, following our recipes.

- Measure and mix ingredients accurately, ensuring consistency and quality.

- Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

- Monitor and control oven temperatures and baking times to ensure products meet quality standards.

- Package finished products,

- Maintain records of production quantities and ingredient inventory.

- Collaborate with the production team to improve processes and address any challenges.
