What you'll be doing

- Assisting with preparation, mixing, baking and packing a variety of breads and sweet yeast products.

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the Bakery.

- Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

- A team player collaborating with a passionate team maintaining high efficiency.





- Effectively work under time constraints while ensuring quality.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Certificate III in Baking preferred.

- Experience in a commercial Bakery with industrial ovens or in a food industry.

- Must be available to start work at 2am for early morning shifts.

- Good physical stamina and be able to lift 25kg.

- Own reliable transport and have active driver's license.

- Ability to follow recipes and understand methods.

- Must hold valid Australian work rights or visa.
