What makes this position different
Shoalhaven Solar is an entirely in-house, end-to-end solar and battery business. We do not subcontract our installations.
Our own team manages every stage of the customer’s project, including:
- System consultation and sales
- Design and technical planning
- Scheduling and customer communication
- Installation and commissioning
- Compliance documentation
- Customer handover
- Ongoing technical and after-sales support
For our electricians, this means clearer job information, direct access to the people who designed and sold the system, and support from one team that is accountable for the entire installation.
We focus on high-quality solar and battery systems rather than competing for the cheapest installation or pushing through the greatest number of jobs. Our electricians are given the support, equipment and apprentice assistance needed to complete safe, compliant installations they can be proud to put their name to.
We reward installation quality, complete documentation and a positive customer experience. Our lead-installer incentive is based on these outcomes.
