Signarama Armadale is a new locally owned signage business backed by the established Signarama network.

We help businesses bring their brands to life through professional signage, vehicle graphics, window graphics, displays, banners and a wide range of custom signage solutions.

We are looking for a full-time Signage Production All-Rounder to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role covering the full signage production and installation process — from preparing materials and operating production equipment through to fabrication, finishing, quality checking, delivery and professional installation at customer sites.

Because we are building a new store, this is also an opportunity for the right person to grow with the business and take on greater responsibility over time, with potential progression into a Store Manager role in the future.

About the Role

You will own and lead the production by,

· Producing a wide range of indoor and outdoor signage

· Understanding and carrying out signage fabrication and assembly

· Working with materials including vinyl, ACM, acrylic, aluminium, corflute and other signage substrates

· Operating and maintaining wide-format digital printers

· Operating vinyl cutters, plotters and other signage production equipment

· Vinyl cutting, weeding, application and finishing

· Vehicle and window graphic application

· Sign assembly, fabrication and finishing

· Preparing signage and materials for installation

· Carrying out professional signage installations at customer sites

· Installing wall signs, dimensional lettering, vinyl graphics, window graphics, panels, banners and other signage as required

· Measuring, positioning, levelling, assembling and securely installing signage

· Using hand and power tools safely and appropriately

· Working from measurements, job specifications and installation requirements

· Ensuring installations are completed neatly, accurately and to a high standard

· Representing Signarama Armadale professionally while working at customer premises

· Quality checking completed work before handover to the customer

· Preparing jobs for delivery or installation

· Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop and installation equipment

· Working efficiently to meet production schedules and customer deadlines

· Communicating with the team regarding job requirements,



progress and priorities

· Where required, communicating professionally with customers and assisting with their requirements

Installation & Site Work

Installation is an important part of this role.

You will regularly work at customer locations, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable working on-site, using tools, handling signage materials and solving practical installation challenges.

The role may involve working on ladders, elevated surfaces and different types of commercial and business premises, always following appropriate safety procedures.

You should take pride in leaving every installation clean, secure, accurate and professionally finished.

A current Australian driver's licence is preferred, as travel to customer sites will be required.

What We're Looking For

· Previous experience in signage production, fabrication, installation or a related manufacturing environment

· A good understanding of signage fabrication techniques and processes

· Good knowledge and hands-on experience operating wide-format printers

· Experience using vinyl cutters, plotters and related signage equipment

· Previous installation experience or strong practical skills with hand and power tools

· Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work

· The ability to interpret job specifications and produce and install work accurately

· Good practical and problem-solving skills

· A willingness to learn and work across different areas of the business

· Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines

· Excellent communication skills

· A genuine commitment to exceptional customer service

· A positive, reliable and can-do attitude

Design & Software Skills

Knowledge of any graphic design and pre-production software's such as Adobe Illustrator, Flexi, Coral Draw etc is desirable but not mandatory.

Experience with these or similar software packages would be an advantage. However, strong hands-on signage production and installation experience and the right attitude are more important to us than knowing every software package.
