What we are looking for:

As the Village Manager, you will bring your can do attitude to manage and work with a committed local team to deliver service standards, commercial results, client satisfaction and continual improvement. Specifically, you will need to demonstrate:

- Vision and Values buy in to deliver an experience for our Homeowners that truly enriches their lives.

- Hands on Leadership of the local team to ensure that they achieve their performance targets and achieve delivery of the village operating standards.

- Talent and flair in supporting sales and marketing events to assist the sales effort and engage new customers in the village.

- Financial acumen and the ability to manage within CAPEX, DEVEX and OPEX allocations and achieve profitability targets as well as developing opportunities for revenue generation and an improved service offering.

- Front office, business sense and computer literacy, with basic to intermediate Office Suite applications is essential for daily operations.

- Problem solving skills and a drive to get the best outcome for all stakeholders.

- Positive attitude to team culture and leading from the front.

- Current, or willingness to apply for a police check.

- Previous experience in village or facilities management will be based on candidate suitability.

- OHS experience with the commitment to maintain a secure and healthy workplace and place to live.





- Key stakeholder management and the ability to utilise the strengths of other areas of the business to the benefit of the village.

- Be able to demonstrate a high level of self-worth and excellent communication skills in verbal and written form and to be able to speak confidently in public.

You will also need to show us:

- A sense of urgency and drive for results.

- An ability to work independently, and proactively to resolve day to day matters.

- That you are solutions driven and thrive on the challenges presented to support the whole team's success creating a good outcome for our homeowners.

- A fair, reasonable, proactive, and open-minded approach to conflict resolution.

- Current driver's licence.

- Live within a reasonable travelling distance of the Baldivis area for emergency call outs.
