About the role

As a Digital Support Specialist, you will be the bridge between our customers and sales team, potential clients, and our internal operations. Your focus will be on booking appointments from inbound leads and follow-ups, ensuring seamless client communication, and providing vital support to our queries that come across.

Key responsibilities
Book and manage meetings for our sales representatives from warm leads provided to you
Manage client documents and customer records
Follow up on potential client communications to maintain engagement and move prospects forward
Receive training on different tools used, including AI

About you
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Robust written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in digital tools (CRM, invoicing software, email platforms)
A proactive mindset with attention to detail and multitasking
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
