We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef / Wok Chef to join our kitchen team. Our food combines Asian flavours with contemporary fusion cooking, with a strong focus on wok dishes, fresh ingredients and bold flavours.
Key responsibilities
Work in a busy commercial kitchen
Prepare Asian and Asian Fusion cuisine
Execute wok cooking with strong technical skills
Handle fast-paced service while maintaining quality and consistency
Support the kitchen team during service
About you
Experience working in a busy commercial kitchen
Experience with Asian or Asian Fusion cuisine
Strong wok cooking skills are highly preferred
Ability to handle quick-paced service while maintaining quality and consistency
Genuine passion for cooking and food
Reliable,
