We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant / Dispatcher to join our team at our Coffs Harbour auction house.

About the Role

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch break and two ten minute tea breaks.

Your day will involve a variety of warehouse duties, including dispatch, stock handling, assisting with incoming deliveries, and customer service.

What Your Day Might Look Like
Packing auction items ready for shipment to customers
Loading and unloading trucks and containers
Moving and storing stock safely within the warehouse




Assisting with dispatch and order preparation
Customer Service
Photographing the stock for the website
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse
Supporting the team with general warehouse duties as required

What We’re Looking For
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Someone who enjoys working as part of a team but can also work independently
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Reliable and organised with attention to detail
Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace
A Forklift Licence (LF) is highly regarded but not essential
Clean Driver Licence and the ability to drive manual as well as automatic cars is highly regarded
