Pay: $34 per hour + super
Roster: School terms only

Shifts:
Thursday: 7:00am - 2:00pm
Friday: 7:00am - 2:30pm
Alternate Wednesdays: 7:00am - 2:00pm

Cater Care is looking for an experienced Barista who enjoys outstanding coffee, quality service and working as part of a team.

Based at a private girls’ school in Perth, you’ll work across two café outlets, preparing coffee and beverages, serving customers and supporting daily hospitality operations.

The role offers consistent school-term hours in a friendly and qualified setting.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare consistently high-quality espresso coffee and specialty beverages
Deliver friendly, qualified customer service to students, staff, and visitors
Assist with food preparation, recess and lunch service, and café operations
Support functions and conference catering across campus
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times





About You
Qualified Barista with previous experience in a busy café or hospitality environment
Passionate about coffee, food and delivering great customer service
Confident supporting café service, food preparation and kitchen operations
Reliable, flexible and a positive team player who works well under pressure
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene, with a focus on quality and service
