About the role

Reporting to the Buuilding Manager, you will support the day-to-day communication with our customers throughout the construction and maintenance of their home. Your duties will include:
Supporting our Building Supervisors
Responding to customer enquiries throughout the construction and maintenance period of their home
Managing customer expectations around construction and maintenance milestones
Communicating and co-operating with other departments
Liaising with supervisors, customers, suppliers and various teams to deliver customer satisfaction

About you





You are proactive, clear in your communication, and genuinely committed to achieving positive outcomes for both customers and the business.

You will bring:
Strong organisational and coordination skills
The ability to meet targets and adapt to changing priorities
Solid customer service skills
Proficient computer skills, including a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Solid numeracy and literacy skills
Experience in a similar role within the building industry is favourable but not essential
