About the role

Ozroll is looking for a hands-on LEAN Manufacturing Lead to join our team at our 5,000m² Queensland manufacturing facility, home to four busy production departments turning out plantation shutters, louvres, outdoor blinds and made-to-order blind systems for homes across Australia. This is a dual role — alongside driving continuous improvement across the factory floor, you'll also serve as our qualified Health & Safety Representative (HSR) and Health and Safety Officer, taking full ownership of keeping our WHS policies, procedures and training up to date and compliant across every department.

Key responsibilities
Drive continuous improvement across the factory floor using LEAN methodologies
Serve as qualified Health & Safety Representative and Health and Safety Officer (training provided if necessary)
Keep WHS policies,



procedures and training up to date and compliant across every department
Coach supervisors and crews
Run safety audits, inspections and toolbox talks

About you
Proven LEAN / continuous improvement experience (5S, Kaizen, value stream mapping)
Current HSR qualification
Solid knowledge of QLD WHS legislation
Confidence to coach supervisors and crews while running safety audits, inspections and toolbox talks
