Service Technician

3–5 Days Per Week | Flexible Working Days

We’re looking for a hands-on Service Technician to join our team on a casual basis. You’ll be responsible for servicing and repairing our range of welding and fusion equipment, while keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.

What You’ll Be Doing
Service, maintain, repair and calibrate butt fusion/welding machines, IR fusion machines, electrofusion machines and other GF equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults and carry out required repairs
Inspect, test and calibrate machines to ensure they are operating safely and correctly before being returned to customers
Manage incoming service and repair jobs, including identifying required parts and coordinating repairs
Communicate directly with customers, providing updates on faults, repair requirements, costs and expected repair/turnaround times

What We’re Looking For
Background as a Maintenance Fitter, Electrician,



Service Technician or similar trade
Solid mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
Experience servicing, repairing or maintaining machinery and technical equipment
Positive communication skills and confidence dealing directly with customers
Hands-on, reliable, organised and able to manage service jobs independently
