We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow System Administrator to join a platform team within a leading financial services organisation.
This is an prospect to work on a strategic enterprise ServiceNow platform that supports critical IT and business services across the organisation.

You’ll ideally bring:
Strong experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator / Platform Administrator
Experience supporting ServiceNow within a large or complex enterprise environment
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration, including users, roles, groups, access and security
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration
Experience working with workflows, Business Rules, forms and UI policies
Experience supporting production environments and resolving platform incidents
A solid understanding of platform stability, governance and change management
Experience supporting ServiceNow upgrades, patches and releases
The ability to work effectively with technical teams,



business stakeholders and external vendors
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
