New Look Dental is a growing dental practice in Bateau Bay, and we're on the lookout for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our friendly, close-knit team on a part-time basis.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role working closely alongside our dentists across a range of general, cosmetic and implant procedures. You'll play a key part in making every patient's experience as smooth and comfortable as possible, from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave.

We place a high value on implant and surgical assisting experience, and we're prepared to offer above-market hourly rates to the right candidate — because great people deserve great pay.

What We're Looking For
Previous dental assisting experience (required)
Experience with dental implants and surgical procedures (highly regarded)
A genuine interest in dentistry and delivering excellent patient care
Reliable, punctual and professional with a positive attitude
Organised and calm under pressure in a busy clinical environment
Someone who takes pride in high standards of infection control

What You'll Be Doing
Chairside assisting across general, cosmetic and implant procedures
Preparing and setting up treatment rooms before each session
Instrument and material preparation
Sterilisation and infection control
Supporting patients throughout their appointments with a calm, caring approach
Always maintaining a professional and welcoming environment
