Route Setting
As a Route Setter, you’ll be responsible for designing and setting creative, engaging, and secure boulder problems for climbers of all levels. This role requires climbing proficiency, an openness to feedback and a high level of teamwork. Prior setting experience is preferred, but solid climbing ability and a willingness to learn are also valued.
Route setting positions are very limited, so we recommend chatting to your local gym’s setting team in person if it is available to you.
