We are seeking expressions of interest from an experienced Receptionist or Allied Health Assistant to join our established clinic.

This role is best suited to a mature, reliable qualified with proven experience in a similar medical, chiropractic, physiotherapy, or allied health reception role.

We are not seeking entry-level applicants.

Key Responsibilities
Managing patient reception in person and over the phone
Scheduling and coordinating appointments using practice management software
Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records
Supporting the chiropractor with daily clinic operations
Maintaining a professional and organised front desk environment
Liaising with off-site support and administration teams as required

Essential Requirements
Prior experience in a similar receptionist or allied health administration role (required)
Strong employment history demonstrating reliability and commitment
Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft 365
Experience with practice management software (preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly organised, punctual, and detail-focused
Ability to work independently within established systems
Availability for consistent, ongoing rostered shifts

You are a stable, experienced qualified who is confident managing a busy reception environment. You take pride in your work, follow processes, and are looking for a long-term position rather than short-term or transitional employment.
