About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Casual Cook who is confident working across a busy café and pizzeria kitchen. This role requires robust experience in breakfast service, pasta, and woodfired pizza preparation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook all-day breakfast items (eggs, omelettes, benedict, pancakes, etc.)
Prepare and cook woodfired pizza
Cook pasta, risotto, burgers, and mains to a high standard
Assist with dough preparation, sauces, and ingredient prep
Maintain consistent quality, presentation, and portion control
Work efficiently during busy breakfast, lunch, and dinner periods
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen
Assist with stock rotation and storage

About You
Proven experience as a cook in a cafe, restaurant, or pizzeria




Solid experience in pizza making and breakfast service (essential)
Ability to handle high-volume service (morning + evening trade)
Knowledge of Italian-style cooking (desirable)
Robust teamwork and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure
