Experienced Banquet Waiters – Casual Hospitality

Troys Hospitality is looking for experienced and confident Banquet Waiters to join our casual hospitality team, with opportunities across premium venues, functions, and events.

We are looking for professional waitstaff who have previous experience working seated functions and banquet-style events and are confident delivering a high standard of table service in a busy environment.

What We're Looking For

To be successful, you will have:
Previous banquet, function, or seated dining experience
Confidence carrying 3 plates
Experience working in high-volume functions or events
Solid customer service and communication skills
The ability to work efficiently under pressure
A qualified and reliable approach to work




Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
Full black hospitality uniform, including black business shirt, black pants and appropriate black leather shoes
WWCC (Working with Children Check) preferred, but not mandatory
