We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and hardworking Junior Front of House Staff member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area, and ensuring a excellent experience for all guests. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to start their career in hospitality and is willing to take on additional responsibilities, such as mopping floors and washing utensils.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude upon arrival
Answer phones, take order, and provide information about the menu and services
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including waiting areas, restrooms
Regularly mop floors and wash utensils, ensuring they are clean and ready for service
Assist in washing dishes and other kitchen-related cleaning tasks as needed
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
Set up, serve,



and clear tables efficiently
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
Support the Front of House team with daily operational tasks, including helping with various cleaning duties

Qualifications:
No prior experience required; training will be provided
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Willingness to perform cleaning duties, including mopping floors and washing utensils
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
A team player with a strong customer service orientation

Job Type: Casual

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3.0 – 20.0 per week
