About the role
This is a hands-on management position where leading people and taking responsibility for the venue are the key priorities. You'll lead the team during your shifts, maintain service and operational standards, and make sure the venue runs efficiently while creating a positive environment for both staff and customers. The position is available full-time, up to 38 hours per week, or permanent part-time, with hours spread across 4 or 5 days. The roster will primarily cover Friday through Monday/Tuesday, so regular weekend availability is essential.

About you
Previous experience managing and leading a team
Experience taking responsibility for a busy café, restaurant or similar venue
A confident, calm and positive approach to leadership
Strong communication and organisational skills
A hands-on attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people
Regular weekend availability is essential
