Experienced Bartender – Full-Time or Part-Time

Eating House is looking for an experienced bartender to join our busy front-of-house team on a full-time or part-time basis.

We are a well-established premium-casual restaurant and bar serving cocktails, wine, beer and spirits in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

About the role

You will be responsible for:
Preparing cocktails and serving wine, beer and spirits
Providing friendly and attentive customer service
Setting up, stocking and closing the bar
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Processing orders accurately and efficiently
Recommending drinks and confidently upselling
Supporting the wider front-of-house team during busy services
Following responsible-service and venue procedures

What we are looking for
Previous bartending experience in a busy restaurant or bar
Current Victorian RSA certificate
Cocktail-making experience and sound beverage knowledge
Confident and skilled communication
Ability to work quickly while maintaining presentation and accuracy
Reliability, punctuality and a strong team attitude
Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
