Western Aire Mechanical Services Pty Ltd, is seeking a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and maintenance solutions to our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on system performance and energy efficiency
Collaborate with the technical team to identify and implement process improvements
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed
Contribute to the growth and development of the business through exceptional customer service

What We're Looking For
Extensive knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Solid diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and rectify issues efficiently




Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to a non-technical audience
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to customer sites as required
Commitment to safety and a high standard of work quality
