Position Description

Grandfather's Restaurant is looking for a agile and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team in Sydney CBD. You will oversee daily floor operations, manage staff scheduling and training, ensure strict service and safety standards, manage floor profitability, and maintain our high reputation for guest satisfaction.

Salary / Earnings
Guaranteed Earnings: AU$79,423 per annum
Note: Guaranteed earnings do not include superannuation. Performance bonuses and superannuation are paid in addition to base earnings.

Skills & Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of restaurant management or assistant management experience in a high-volume or premium venue.
Proven leadership abilities with solid staff management, rostering, and inventory management skills.
Comprehensive understanding of NSW food safety standards and hospitality regulations.
Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card.
Full working rights in Australia.
