NA Group is an award-winning road maintenance and civil works business with more than 30-years experience. NA Group is seeking an experienced Concrete Team Leader join our team.

You will be required to work on a night shift basis from Sunday - Thursday with overtime shifts from time to time.

Concrete Team Leader

The Concrete Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the smooth and protected operation of works. You will supervise a concrete crew including labourers, plant operators, truck drivers and subcontractors.

The successful applicant will be proficient in the following:
Experienced in the supervision/foreman of similar works
MR Licence required (HR preferred but not essential)
Experience in steel fixing, formwork and concrete finishing is a MUST
Knowledge of RMS specifications for road works and be willing to learn
Create and document shift reports
Ability to manage multiple concrete crews
Excellent communication skills
Excellent leadership skills




Excellent organisational skills
Carry out labour duties
Be available to work night shift
Have a positive attitude and robust work ethic.
