Accounts Officer | Temporary | Mandurah

Mandurah location | Flexible hours | Immediate start

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join a well-established construction business in Mandurah.

This is an immediate-start temporary opportunity with flexibility around working hours, including school hours or Monday to Thursday, 8:00am–4:00pm. There may also be potential for the position to become permanent.

The Role

Working as part of the team, you will provide hands-on accounts support across:
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Processing receipts and allocating expenses to company assets
General accounts data entry
Maintaining accurate financial records
General administrative support as required

About You

To be considered, you will ideally have:
Previous experience in an Accounts Officer, Accounts Administrator, Bookkeeper or similar role




MYOB experience – essential
Experience across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Strong reconciliation and data entry skills
Valuable attention to detail
The ability to work independently and manage day-to-day accounts tasks
Availability to commence at short notice
