Wespine Industries Pty Ltd is the leading plantation softwood sawmilling company with its operations based 15 minutes from Bunbury in Dardanup West. Successful candidates will be offered a full time position, working 45 hours per week with 1 week of dayshift, followed by 1 week of nightshift.

Our Timber Processors work 4 days per week to support good work/life balance.

All of our Timber Processors are responsible for:
Following safe work practices.
Processing timber on an automated line.
Maintaining a neat and tidy work environment.
Manual handling of various timber products.
Ensuring all aspects of product quality are met
Meeting performance and safety targets.
Gaining a strong understanding of the production process.





About you:
Previous experience working in a rapid-paced production environment will be highly regarded, but not essential.
Capable of completing practical tasks and following specified work instructions.
A desire to learn and high level of enthusiasm to develop current skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with good problem-solving skills.
A high commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail.
Prior experience working shift work would be of benefit
Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol test.
Must be able to obtain a clean national police clearance.
