We are currently seeking a Vietnamese Support Worker to support our participants in and around Melbourne (Maribyrnong).
To be considered for this role, you must have 2 years of work experience with relevant qualification and you must be confident to handle complex participants with good command of English and Vietnamese.

You should be client-focused and have goal-orientated approach towards your work, along with the passion to make our participants experience outstanding. You must be a valuable listener, kind and be understanding of the participants needs and confident to handle complex participants.

Please note all candidates must posses/be willing to obtain:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Check
Working With Child Check
First AID and CPR certificate
Driver's License and your own vehicle is preferred.

Candidate will be expected to drive client where they request so a car is essential. Fuel allowance will be provided. The right candidate with the right amount of experience will be offered higher pay rates, as discussed in an interview.
