NextGen Care Services provides Supported Independent Living (SIL) for people with disability.

In this role you will:
Assist with personal care and household tasks (cooking, cleaning, budgeting, appointments)
Work alongside participants on their NDIS goals
Run and support skill-development workshops (budgeting, communication, routines, workplace readiness)
Support participants to build social connections and community participation
Follow care and behaviour support plans and report incidents promptly
Keep accurate notes and communicate with families, coordinators, and the care team

What we're looking for:
Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid and CPR
Driver's licence and reliable vehicle (if required)
Person-centred approach and robust communication skills
Experience in SIL or running group activities is a bonus

Pay: $36.00 – $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 38.0 per week
