We're looking for experienced bartenders to join the team at High St Hotel in Prahran.

What you'll be doing
Welcoming guests and creating a friendly, fun atmosphere
Taking orders and serving food and beverages
Working across the bar, floor, bistro and functions depending on the venue
Providing great customer service and making every guest feel welcome
Keeping your section clean, organised and ready for service
Working closely with the wider FOH and kitchen teams to keep service running smoothly
Helping with venue set-up, pack-down and events when required

What we're looking for
Previous hospitality, bar, restaurant or customer service experience
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
A positive, energetic attitude and a willingness to get stuck in




Positive communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
Someone who enjoys a busy setting and doesn't mind being on their feet
Availability across weekends, evenings and public holidays
A current Victorian RSA is essential for front-of-house roles
Valid Australian working rights
