Fern Dispensary is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Dispensary Technicians to join our Booval team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about patient care, alternative health, and working in a fast-paced, regulated retail environment.

About the Role

As a Dispensary Technician at Fern, you’ll play a key role in supporting patients and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Dispensing medicinal cannabis products in line with regulations
Providing professional, patient-focused service
Managing point-of-sale transactions
Operating the Lotto terminal (training provided)
Stock handling and inventory control
Maintaining compliance and store presentation standards

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:




Have previous medicinal cannabis dispensary experience (preferred)
Be confident working in a regulated healthcare environment
Have strong customer service and communication skills
Be reliable, detail-oriented, and qualified
Be comfortable learning Lotto operations (full training provided)
Be available for weekends and flexible shifts
