FILIA is a current café, wine bar and restaurant, and we’re looking for bartenders to join the team.

We’re building a bar that feels energetic, social and fun — good drinks, good music, good people, and service that feels genuine rather than scripted. We want the bar to have personality, and we’re looking for staff who naturally bring that.

You’ll probably suit this role if you’re confident behind the bar, good with people, quick on your feet, and know how to read a room. We’re after bartenders who can make excellent drinks while still creating an atmosphere and connecting with customers. Experience matters, but attitude and energy matter just as much.

Whether your background is cocktails, wine, fast-paced service or late-night venues, we’re looking for people who are relaxed, qualified, a little edgy, and genuinely enjoy hospitality.

Pay: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour
