We are on the hunt for experienced cooks for our venues. We have multiple positions available over multiple venues in Brisbane, with immediate start for the right person.

Tassis Group venues include Massimo Bar and Restaurant, Opa Bar & Mezze, Yamas Greek and Drink, Fosh, Rich and Rare, Longwang, Fatcow, Pompette, Dark Shepherd, Stilts, Mulga Bills and Aunty on Wandoo St. across a range of cuisines including Australian Steakhouse, seafood, Greek, Italian, French, Asian, and Latin. Our venues aims to provide the ultimate experience for our customers with fantastic service and outstanding food and drinks.

Full time, part time & casual positions available with flexibility over a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

About the role
Preparing and cooking food in a timely manner in a fast paced environment
Working efficiently while under pressure




Maintaining kitchen hygiene and proper food storage procedures
Ensuring appealing plate presentation
Willingness to learn and work as a team

Skills and experience
Relevant Certificate III or IV, or equivalent courses
At least 12 months experience preferred
