Barista and Cook

MANO WRAPS DUNSBOROUGH PTY LTD is looking for full time Barista and Cook to join their team and work and perform the following duties and tasks:

Barista

Duties:
Crafting specialty espresso drinks and gourmet coffees while engaging with patrons to enhance their beverage experience
Handling sales transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems and balancing the till at shift end
Showcasing featured menu items and engaging guests with recommendations to boost visibility of offerings
Maintaining cleanliness of beverage stations, including polishing machines and keeping counters spotless
Refilling chilled units and restocking inventory to ensure seamless service throughout the day
Sanitizing cups and decanters and organizing the display of spirits and drinkware
Preparing small savory and sweet bites to accompany drink orders
Choosing premium coffee beans and grinding them to precise coarseness levels to suit different brews

Requirement:

Cook:

Duties:
Prepare meals in line with the restaurant standards




Support the ordering of food and supplies
Care for food supplies and leftovers appropriately
Infusing flavours by adding seasonings
Maintain and operate the kitchen in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner during the cooking process
Prepare meals for special events and additions functions, adjusting the dishes accordingly with the dietary needs of the customers
Artfully plating dishes with appropriate portions, accompanied by sauces, gravies, and garnishes.
Develop menu suggestion
Check on store food and supplies are delivered
Controlling the temperature of ovens, grills, and various cooking equipment

Requirement:
Relevant Qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification.
At least 1 year of experience in the relevant role.
Valuable time management

(Barista and Cook) Hours of work: Full time (at least 38 hours per week)

(Barista and Cook) Salary offered: Between $ 71,000 - $ 85,000 per year
