We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help expand our workplace programs and grow partnerships with organisations across Australia and Recent Zealand.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident executing an outbound strategy to build pipeline, while owning the end-to-end sales journey - from prospecting through to pitching, quoting, negotiating, and closing deals.

You’ll partner with mid-to-large organisations, positioning MoleMap’s workplace skin check programs as both a valuable employee wellbeing benefit and a proactive solution for organisations with outdoor workforces to manage employee health risks.

What you’ll be doing
Execute our channel outbound strategy to generate new opportunities
Own the full sales cycle from first contact through to closing
Engage stakeholders across HR, People & Culture, Safety, and Operations
Position MoleMap’s programs as both a wellbeing initiative and workforce risk solution




Share insights and approaches that help lift capability and win rates across the team

What we’re looking for
2–3 years’ experience in business development or B2B sales
Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound activity
Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
Commercial mindset with a proactive, chance-led approach

Bonus: Experience selling into HR, Safety, or Operations teams, or within health, wellbeing, or insurance sectors.
