We’re looking for an experienced Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our team at Pi & Pine Café Helensvale.

We’re looking for someone who is confident on coffee, enjoys looking after customers, and is happy to help with whatever needs to be done around the café.

What you’ll be doing
Making consistently positive coffee
Dialling in and adjusting grinders
Taking orders and looking after customers
Running food and drinks
Clearing and resetting tables
Restocking and keeping the café organised
Helping with opening, closing and general cleaning
Solving small problems as they come up
Supporting the team wherever needed

Solid barista experience in a busy café
Confident working independently on coffee
Good customer service and a welcoming attitude
Reliable, organised and able to work under pressure
Positive problem-solving skills
Happy to support different areas of the café when needed
Someone who notices what needs to be done and gets on with it
Supportive team player
Weekend availability

We’re looking for someone who is hands-on,



adaptable and happy to work across different parts of the café to help the team run smoothly.

Pay: $33.00 – $42.38 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 38.0 per week
