Supernatural is a busy café located in Townsville Hospital.

Our experienced, skilled team of staff are passionate about what we do and have a solid focus on specialty coffee that we roast ourselves, fresh and healthy food that we make from scratch and large scale catering for meetings and events.

We’re looking for an experienced Counterhand who is passionate about excellent customer service, coffee and quality food.

Ideally, we would like the successful candidate to have experience working in busy, successful hospitality venues. We would like to hear from you if you have:
a passion for fresh, healthy food and specialty coffee
a positive approach to customer service
experience leading or working with a happy and productive team
an eye for detail and desire to strive for excellence
an ability to communicate efficiently and professionally
a 'can do', team player attitude
experience working in a busy, fast paced hospitality workplace
