We’re looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to take ownership of our iconic Falcon store – the original home of Miami Bakehouse.

This role will suit a hands-on manager capable of building a robust team and drive sales results. You’ll need to be reliable, comfortable holding people accountable and able to keep things moving in a fast-paced workplace.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a strong sales mindset who understands that excellent service, an engaged team and good store standards should translate into results.

What you’ll be responsible for:
Leading the day-to-day operation of the store
Coaching your team and setting clear expectations
Driving sales, average sale and overall store performance
Delivering consistently great customer service
Managing wages, rostering, wastage and stock rotation
Maintaining strong standards across presentation, cleanliness and food safety

What we’re looking for:

You’ll have 2+ years leadership experience in retail, hospitality or another customer-facing workplace, with the confidence to make decisions and run your store autonomously. You’ll be organised,



reliable and comfortable setting clear expectations and holding your team accountable. A strong sales and customer service mindset is essential, along with the ability to keep your team focused, motivated and performing at their best.
