Join Our Team as a Medical Receptionist – Full Time 12-month Fixed Term | Darwin & Palmerston Locations

Are you a people-focused professional with a passion for healthcare? We’re looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team across Darwin Private Hospital and the Palmerston Health Precinct.

Full-Time 12-month fixed term | Monday to Friday | Shifts between 7:00am – 5:00pm

Based across Darwin Private Hospital & Palmerston Health Precinct

Rotating role between front reception and phone-based shifts (6 weeks reception + 2 week phone)

Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and general admin tasks
Handle incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries and bookings
Coordinate referrals and liaise with medical professionals
Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and their families
Work collaboratively with the broader team to ensure smooth daily operations
