Job Title: Enrolled Nurse (EN) – Aged Care

About the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our aged care team. In this role, you will deliver secure, high-quality clinical care to residents under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). You will play a key role in supporting residents’ health, wellbeing, and quality of life through person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical nursing care in accordance with care plans and organisational policies
Administer medications and treatments as per scope of practice
Monitor, assess, and document residents’ health status and report any changes
Assist with wound care, continence management, and chronic disease support
Supervise and support Assistants in Nursing (AINs) and care staff
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with infection control, health & safety, and aged care standards
Communicate effectively with residents,



families, and the multidisciplinary team

Skills & Experience
Solid clinical and assessment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Compassion, empathy, and commitment to person-centred care
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Understanding of aged care standards, accreditation, and resident rights
Previous experience in aged care or community care (preferred)

Mandatory Requirements
Diploma of Nursing
Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA)
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Up-to-date vaccinations as per aged care requirements
Working rights in Australia

Desirable
Medication administration endorsement
First Aid & CPR certification
Experience with dementia care and palliative care
