Construction Manager | Background: Carpentry

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee residential construction projects in Western Suburb, Victoria.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate trades, suppliers and daily site activities.
Manage construction schedules and monitor progress.
Read plans and ensure work meets specifications.
Oversee site safety, quality and defect rectification.
Provide regular progress updates to the builder.

About you:
Experience managing residential construction projects.
Carpentry background highly regarded.
Robust organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
Current driver’s licence and White Card.
