We are looking for a full-time Cook for MARANELLO BROS PTY LTD T/as Maranello's located at 51/737 Anzac Parade, Maroubra NSW 2035, Australia. You will be reporting directly to the Senior Chef and will form a key part of a team responsible for providing high-quality food and service in this quick-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
Cooking and preparing dishes on our menu
Developing and changing the menu from time to time as required
Training and mentoring subordinates in the kitchen
Following and maintaining OH & S procedures in the kitchen
Maintaining tidiness and cleanliness in the kitchen
Stock rotation and reordering
Presentation and plating of food
Ability to work in a team
About you
Must be experienced working as a Cook
Must have AQF Certificate IV in Kitchen Management
Must have experience worked as Cook for more than 1 years
Very positive communication skills
Able to work under pressure
Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen
Benefits
Salary between $80,000 - $85,000
